How Our Bow Subscription Works

1. Subscription Process: Pay in Advance for Next Month's Bow

Our subscription service is a monthly commitment that helps us create and deliver the perfect handmade bows just for you. Here’s how it works:

  • Pay in advance: You’ll pay for the current month (e.g., pay in January for February’s package).
  • Your Bow is Delivered Next Month: Once we receive your payment, we’ll send out the bow for that upcoming month—February’s bow will be shipped in February, and so on.
  • Don’t worry, we’ll remind you! You'll receive a reminder each month when it's time to renew your subscription.

2. Subscriber-Exclusive 15% Discount

Subscribers get exclusive savings! By being a member of our Bow Club, you’ll enjoy a 15% discount on the monthly bow (including the current month’s design), available only to subscribers. This discount is automatically applied when you subscribe and pay for your monthly package.

3. Post-Subscription Availability (Without the Discount)

Not a subscriber? You can still purchase that month’s bow after we’ve shipped the subscriber packages, but the 15% discount will not apply. If there are any remaining bows available, you can buy them at full price, but act fast—our bows are in high demand and may sell out!

4. Bonus Perks for Subscribers: 10% Off + Free Shipping

We want to make your subscription even sweeter! When you join, you’ll receive an exclusive email with a special discount code. This code gives you:

  • 10% off all other regular purchases made during the month you’re subscribed.
  • Free shipping on all orders during the month of your subscription.

So, not only will you receive your beautiful monthly bow, but you can also treat yourself to more of our handmade creations with a special discount and free shipping!

5. Manage Your Subscription Anytime

You have complete control over your subscription through your customer account portal. You can:

  • Skip a month if you're not ready for a new bow.
  • Cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Change your style preferences to suit your evolving taste!

Just log in to your account to make any updates or changes.

6. Important Notes on Subscriptions & Sales

Once your subscription is processed and the payment has been made for a particular month, all sales are final. This means that we cannot:

  • Change the style of the bow you’ve already subscribed to.
  • Provide a refund for that month’s payment, as the bow is specifically made and shipped for you.

We encourage you to review your selection carefully before confirming your subscription each month.
